Il vend la jeune fille au tenancier d\u2019une maison de geishas qui fait tatouer sur le dos d\u2019Otsuya une araign\u00e9e \u00e0 t\u00eate humaine dans le but de briser sa volont\u00e9. Le contraire se produit et le tatouage m\u00e9tamorphose Otsuya. Elle devient une geisha sans scrupule et extermine les hommes qui ont fait son malheur.
