Premier jeu de JARCORP Interactive, le titre raconte une guerre d\u00e9clench\u00e9e dans un pays ravag\u00e9 par la s\u00e9cheresse, o\u00f9 Sapo et ses compagnons doivent lutter contre les crapauds envahisseurs alors que la famine et la d\u00e9shydratation menacent leur monde. JARCORP supprime plusieurs habitudes du RPG traditionnel : pas de combats al\u00e9atoires, pas de grinding, pas d\u2019\u00e9conomie et donc aucun magasin permettant d\u2019acheter ou vendre de l\u2019\u00e9quipement. Chaque affrontement ne peut \u00eatre remport\u00e9 qu\u2019une seule fois et les ressources deviennent pr\u00e9cieuses. Une aventure cens\u00e9e raconter une situation urgente perd une partie de son impact si le joueur peut passer des dizaines d\u2019heures \u00e0 effectuer des activit\u00e9s sans rapport avec la crise principale. Amphibian devrait donc proposer une exp\u00e9rience d\u2019environ <strong data-start=\"1775\" data-end=\"1793\">10 \u00e0 15 heures<\/strong>, pens\u00e9e pour rester concentr\u00e9e du d\u00e9but \u00e0 la fin. La musique occupe \u00e9galement une place particuli\u00e8re puisque le projet est directement li\u00e9 au pass\u00e9 de musicien de Greg Alexandropoulos. Ses choix de gameplay, sa dur\u00e9e volontairement contenue et m\u00eame son univers semblent tous r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la m\u00eame volont\u00e9 de proposer un RPG sans remplissage inutile.
